TabTrade — The Short Version
TabTrade.com went live in Q1 2026. CFD broker registered in Saint Lucia, under the FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was on the executive team at BlackBull Markets, the FMA-regulated broker.
The BlackBull connection is relevant. It says the person running this has actually done this before. Does not guarantee anything. But more reassuring than a founder with no industry background.
They launched with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same infrastructure institutional desks use. Usually a new brokerage focuses on ads and sign-up promos. TabTrade led with infrastructure. Interesting choice.
What you can trade: FX, stock indices, gold, silver, commodities, stock CFDs, cryptocurrencies, exchange-traded funds. A wide spread. For something this new, the breadth is not narrow.
What You Trade On
They offer: MT5, cTrader, and a WebTrader. Both platforms from a single account. A lot of brokers pick one platform. Having both makes a difference. You are not locked into one.
MetaTrader 5 is what most people know. Complete charts, Expert Advisors, tons of scripts and indicators. If you have used a MetaQuotes platform before, you know exactly what you are getting.
cTrader is the cleaner option. Cleaner order book. Faster charting. Native automated trading. Many people prefer it after comparing.
FIX API is there for automated strategies but needs the VIP tier ($25,000 to open). TradingView is apparently coming. That will be a good addition when it arrives.
Accounts and Pricing
Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard account. 1.0 pip spreads. Zero commission. Simple. Zero deposit requirement. Works for beginners.
Edge. Interbank-style spreads from 0.0 pips average. Commission of $3.50 each way. Total cost: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On liquid pairs, the raw spread is frequently under 0.2 pips. Meaning your real cost can be under half a pip. That is hard to beat for a broker with no minimum deposit. Most brokers that run raw pricing at this level require a minimum deposit. Tab Trade requires zero deposit.
VIP account. $25,000 deposit required. FIX connectivity, sub-20ms execution, custom pricing. Not for most retail traders. Ignore this one unless you run serious volume.
Execution Speed
The execution is the area where TabTrade separates from most new launches. Equinix data centres. Under 30ms on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. These are proper execution targets. Most retail brokers quote 100ms to 300ms.
Should you care? If you trade small timeframes, it does. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is the difference between. If you swing trade, you will not notice. What matters is the setup is serious. That is what kind of broker this is.
Pair that execution speed with the Edge account pricing and the overall offering makes sense. Few brokers in this bracket run Equinix connectivity.
Safety
This is the thing that requires honesty. TabTrade is licensed by Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is offshore. No CySEC. No government-backed safety net. If operating without FCA or ASIC oversight is a problem for you, stop reading. Plenty of ASIC-licensed brokers out there.
That said. Benjamin Boulter spent years at BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The execution setup is not cheap. Dodgy operations do not bother with Equinix connectivity. That does not guarantee anything. It does inform how you think about it.
The trade-off: no FCA or ASIC safety net. In exchange: high leverage, cheap spreads, $0 to start, fast fills. Whether that makes sense comes down to your priorities.
The Bonus
TabTrade runs a welcome bonus of up to two thousand dollars. Usual sign-up bonus. You put money in, the broker top up your balance. Usual conditions attached: minimum lots traded before you can withdraw the bonus. Check the terms before you deposit.
